RECIPE: Mixed Lentil Falafel
These delicious patties go well with pita, salads, grains and more!
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups SaveAGram mixed lentils (naurangi)
Coriander leaves small bunch
1 tsp Cumin seeds (powdered)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Chopped parsley (optional)
METHOD
Soak mixed dal overnight or for 5 to 6 hours till soft.
Grind with coriander leaves, cumin, onion, garlic and a pinch of salt
Add parsley (optional)
Roll into balls and deep fry
