RECIPE: Dosa Mulaga Podi


Sprinkle this delicious spice mix on your dosas for a kick of flavour!

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 cup SaveAGram split urad dal

  • 1 cup chana dal

  • 1 cup SaveAGram dry red chillies

  • 1 cup SaveAGram sesame seeds


METHOD:


  1. Dry roast all ingredients

  2. Add salt to taste

  3. Grind and store in an air tight container


Optional: Add a little flax seeds and tamarind to the mix, which will enhance the taste.
