RECIPE: Dosa Mulaga Podi

Sprinkle this delicious spice mix on your dosas for a kick of flavour!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup SaveAGram split urad dal
1 cup chana dal
1 cup SaveAGram dry red chillies
1 cup SaveAGram sesame seeds
METHOD:
Dry roast all ingredients
Add salt to taste
Grind and store in an air tight container
Optional: Add a little flax seeds and tamarind to the mix, which will enhance the taste.
