RECIPE: Barnyard Millet with Dill
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
1/2 a small carrot, dice
A few bits of broccoli
Small chopped tomato
Chilli flakes to taste
1/2 tsp SaveAGram turmeric
A sprig of dill, chopped
Saute the onions in a tsp of coconut oil.
Add the chopped vegetables, except the tomato, and saute a bit.
Add the chilli flakes and turmeric powder. Saute a minute
Add 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste.
Cover and let the water boil.
When water boils, add the dill leaves, chopped tomato and millet, and keep covered.
When all the water is absorbed, turn off and serve.
