RECIPE: Barnyard Millet with Dill

Method

  1. Saute the onions in a tsp of coconut oil.

  2. Add the chopped vegetables, except the tomato, and saute a bit.

  3. Add the chilli flakes and turmeric powder. Saute a minute

  4. Add 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste.

  5. Cover and let the water boil.

  6. When water boils, add the dill leaves, chopped tomato and millet, and keep covered. <
