This tiny multi-coloured sesame is grown in the chemical free Himalayan ranges of Uttarakhand in India and is so fragrant that one will find it hard to use any other sesame after this. 

  • Farmer's Note

    Our Sesame (Til) seeds are a mix of the black and white variety sourced from the villages of Uttarkhand. The farmers labouriously thresh these by hand, as they do with most of their grains, to collect the tiny seeds.

    Sesame seeds are a rich source of natural oils, proteins, antioxidants, fiber, minerals and vitamins. They are known to boost heart health, promote cellular growth and help in the efficient functioning of the metabolic system.
